Can't sign it until tomorrow....but the NLI showed up in my son's email today. Not sure that this whole thing seemed real until the paperwork was actually printed...and he can hold it in his hand. It's been a long, fun (not always) ride....glad to finally have it all be "official". Congrats to everyone whose sons are finishing up this process this week. Can't wait for next fall to see him get going.

Congratulations, The ride is just starting. My son is pretty good friends of a player at your son's school. I believe your son made a really good choice.
Good luck to him @ BGSU!!! Big day tomorrow.
Excellent! Congrats and enjoy the moment.
Just got the text our package has arrived!! It really feels real today! So proud of my guy!
Congrats Buckeye, even though you ARE a Buckeye!!
Congratulations to all NLI signers tomorrow. Such a good feeling to finally have it in your hands. Enjoy, it's official.
Congrats to all of you and your boys! My son won't be signing tomorrow, but opportunities are on the horizon. Good luck to all of the boys!
Yes that does make it seem real! I asked if my son wanted to do "something" for the signing. He asked that we simply have the family at the kitchen table....dog included. Enjoy the "event" and the rest of his career...
Awesome!
Congratulations!!
Well said. Congrats all. Son will be enrolling early also. Printed out the NLI this morning. Faxes will be lit up in the A.M.! I would also like to wish everyone an injury free Sr. season.
I would like to say what an amazing site this is! I might not post much, but I think I have read every post on this site at some point over the last few years. Son was one of the "early" commits, his dream school offered early sophomore year, and he accepted. I have to admit I have been nervous and worried about how this would all play out. He has kept in touch with his coaches, and always felt very confident they were happy with what they continued to see of his progress. We did enjoy a nice official visit weekend this fall and his NLI came today. His high school has a "signing day" party planned, and its starting to feel very real. My son would be just as thrilled with the family, dog included, being the extent of his hoopla, but he understands its a boost to his school to get to pat themselves on the back a little. His journey has been drama free, I must admit. He has played on a high profile travel team, against some quality competition, played in many PG events, and we have put thousands of miles on our cars, but I would not trade the nights in hotels or the pulling in the driveway at 5am so he could go to school that day for anything. My buddy will also start college next summer, I think that is great to get the kids a few credits under their belts, without the pressure of fall ball, and to learn the campus and get used to living with their teammates, etc.
For any and all who have helped along the way, by posting and sharing your experiences, I thank you.
Congrats to all. ENJOY!!!
Congratulations to everyone!
What a great sense of accomplishment for all. Those NLI’s aren’t handed out they are earned! Each young man signing one tomorrow should get some recognition for it.
Pink Lady……… Great post! Best of luck to your buddy.
Wonderful for all, what a great time of the year!
We'll be at the HS early with 5 other D1 guys from our baseball team and a D2 as well who just committed this week. Should be a fun day and my niece signs tomorrow as well to play Softball at Gardner Webb. It's going to be a special day.

5 D1's on the same team....lol. Wow, what a difference from one school to another. I'm trying to recall them all, but I think my son is the 4th D1 commit from our school....in the past 25 years....lol. His HS summer team from this past summer has 10 D1's and a couple D2's....but HS has been nothing like that....
It never gets old reading about this excitement each November.
Congrats to all--and best wishes to those still looking.
Remember it like it was yesterday. Enjoy! It is a wonderful day.
One other thing, to all the early signers is keep your grades up! I know more then one player, who eventually was not admitted into the school they had signed an NLI at because, they just stopped caring about school. Don't let that happen!
My son will be signing tomorrow at school. Only baseball commit and the 1st d1 in forever. Honestly we didn't even know they had a signing day until the letter arrived in the mail inviting us to attend. Lol I am just so happy that this part is over. Now I can start on my 2018.
Congratulations to all !!!!!
Son received his NLI yesterday. Pretty exciting. It seems so REAL now. He will be signing in the morning and faxing it back. He's honored to get the opportunity to play for Furman University next year. Good Luck to everyone. Enjoy it !!
Congrats to All !!
Congrats to all signees and their families. Please reflect back on all the hard work, early morning drives, family sacrifices and those people that helped your son along the way. Enjoy your day!
5 months ago 2013 did not know where he would be playing or attending school this year. He left a Juco that he played at last year ( full ride combo) to pursue other schools due to it being a poor fit for him......
I was nervous, leaving a school that's free and having no school .
Fast forward to today, and he's playing at top Juco and signing at a top OVC school for 2016.....
