Anyone know of a showcase specifically designed for the Ivy League/Patriot League teams? More of an "academic" showcase?

You should check out Head First Baseball. They are located in the DC area and run some great showcases that draw both Patriot and Ivy League coaches.

The Stanford University All Star camp, if you can afford a trip to the west coast in late June. Set up more like a showcase, with several academic schools (both Ivy and Patriot) in attendance.
You would need to get on Stanford's mailing list to get a registration form sent to you in January. It is a very high demand camp/showcase with players from all over the country. Get your registration in early!
