Can anyone give some insight or info. on JSU baseball programin the OVC, coaching staff and facilities. My son is a 2010 who has gotten some interest from this school. Any advise or thoughts would be helpful. thxs

Son went to a camp there two summers ago. Have heard good things about the coaching staff, but you can't get around the fact that the facilities are horrible.
Thanks Wayne, I know JSU is upgrading their football facilities. The baseball field is pretty dismal for a D1 school. Any word on possible baseball renovations in the future?? They also have a big summer showcase this weekend I guess we will find out then.
I know they don't have many short trips in the OVC. It's an 8-hour trip to Jacksonville from Cape Girardeau, MO so I would guess 6 hours to UT-Martin, Murray State, probably 7 or 8 to Eastern Illinois, etc.
