Our son was invited to a JC invite Showcase at a school. There is no cost to attend. What should a player expect at such an event?

I would expect the following...
-60 yard timing
-Position fielding and throwing. Figure 5 to 10 balls hit to you. If your an outfielder, they will be in the air. If your an infielder, 3 right at you, 3 to the left, 3 to the right. They will be using a radar gun to measure you position throwing speed.
-batted ball exit speed, figure about 5 swings off a tee.
-BP, figure about 10 pitches.Home to first time measured after you last hit
-For PO's: About 15 throws. 5 fastballs, 5 changeups, 5 breaking balls
-Catcher: Will probably catch the POs time on the mound. They will then throw a couple of balls in the dirt to them and then have them throw down to 2nd 3-5 times, measuring pop times.
Thats about it. I would tell you kid to hustle out there and make sure he looks like a ball player.
Might expect some type of game scrimmage too
