Jeff Manship lost for season at ND | High School Baseball Web

Read that he was lost to Tommy John surgery and is gone for the season.

I know and have often read where he had the best curve ball in the nation as a high schooler last year.

Is that the likely reason for the surgery? Throwing too many curve balls? I know he's not the biggest guy, either.

Anyone know?

It's Jeff Manship ... not Matt. Matt is at Stanford (RHP)... Jeff is at Notre Dame. Our prayers go out to Jeff for successful surgery and a speady recovery!

I don't know the player, but my thoughts are with him as well...you always hate to hear of injury.

I too lift him up in prayer.
