Jim Perry/Garland Cubs

I know this is the "high school" baseball web but given the prior discussions about Jim Perry and the Garland Cubs I wanted to advise those who might be interested that Mr Perry and the Cubs will hold their intial tryouts for the Spring season this weekend.

The Cubs are a 13u Major team who are looking to add a few select dedicated players to the roster. If interested, please contact Jim Perry. See the BBI website or the Cubs website for more information.

Thank you for the indulgence and I'm counting the days until UIL allows spring practice for the big boys.

agree. if your kid is 13, i would advise you to tryout for the cubs. He will teach your kid avarything he needs to know about baseball and more.
great coach but more importantly, a great man.

I have posted many times on here about Jim Perry and I will say again that if you have a thirteen year-old that is serious about baseball you should get him to this tryout. Jim is a fantastic baseball guy that is dedicated to his kids and playing for him is an invaluable experience that is unrivaled by any organization at this level.....bar none.

I am hoping my two youngins will be able to play for Jim someday.

Now....if you happen to have a stud six year-old wanting to play t-ball on the east side of Dallas.........hit me up!
