Jerry,

I told my husband about the job opening, and he said "Dat Net job sounds like no problem. I know they have a lot of 'dem nets dare at Perfect Game, but I could keep 'em all fixed up." Personally I thought you needed someone with "Dot Net" experience, but if the job really involves fixing nets, my husband can probably take early retirement and head down there to help you out! PG,

I have reviewed the requirements for this opportunity.

As far as technical requirements:
I possess none of the requirements listed.

Desired skills:
I possess none of those either.

Regardless of the fact that I am completely unqualified for the position - here is my offer:

I will take the position if you can provide:

1) A 5 year deal - at $5.2 million per year salary. Payable lump sum on Jan 1st of each year - in advance.
2) Benefits for every person in my extended family for the next 75 years.
3) An incentive bonus of $2.7 million - payable after year 2 - if I make less than 1,276 mistakes per year during the first 2 years.
4) The exclusive use of a new private jet. Must be a Gulfstream less than 2 years old.
5) Tickets - lodging and ground transportation to every PG event in the United States for the next 5 years.
6) An option to extend my contract - for another 3 years at $6.2 million per year - at my discretion. If you fail to agree to this extension - you can buy out of the agreement for a one-time payment of $13.5 million.
7) Annual renewal - at PG's expense - of my Moose hunting license - for each state in the USA.

I await your response to what I consider to be a very reasonable offer.

Wow ITS

Now that was good>Just read on another thread the requirements for position.

I told you technology was going to do us all in before too long. Especially old school scouts. I got news though, those videos clips and reports don't look in the souls of prospects and predict what going to happen to that huge signing bonus. Need examples? LOL-IMHO

Shepster not the official Webster-LOL
Yup, it's some fairly heavy-duty stuff. I know a couple of guys who meet those requirements, and each of them has been working at it for about 10 years or so. I don't think either of them is looking to make a job change, but I'm going to tell them about the opening anyway ... they are both baseball fans!
