Yes, he has some solid stuff. Supposedly he has a dvd or some sort of video coming out soon.

ive worked with coach wilkins, known others who know him and read all his website stuff.
awesome guy but even better coach. everything on his website works well with catching and its helped a ton.
if you have any questions also and you email him he will respond and give you advice.
great guy!
