John A Logan College split a double header yesterday at Okolossa Walton in Niceville Florida
The Volunteers lost the opener to Pearl River 4-0 and beat Okoloosa Walton 9-8 in the nightcap. The Volunteers were rained out on Friday. They continue their Florida weekend today with 2 games before coming home.
Volunteers are now 5-3 on the year after winning 4 out of 6 in Alabama the past two weekends. Logan has a very young squad this season with 20 freshman.
