He hit another bomb last night. the kid is good.

I'm rooting for him. The first step is making no excuses and taking responsibilitly. He's done that (according to his coaches) and I can respect him for it, support it, and wish him success with his continued sobriety and with baseball. My fingers are crossed.

got to see him play in HS against Scotland High, he was amazing!! hard not to root for the kid. maybe his story can help that 16 year old kid who has to chose the right path.

Last week a person who claimed to be Josh Hamilton came into the chat room.

We couldn't really tell if he was for real. He was telling all sorts of stories about the Reds, Griffey, etc, and was pretty open about his addiction problems.

Probably a ruse.

They are having a great feature on him on ESPN right now.

Glad to see that he has turned his life around.

to get clean and sober is a great acomplishment for a normal guy. but to do it and fight your way onto a mlb roster is huge. and should searve to many that you can achieve what you want, if you work at it. i wish this kid all the best. between Naron and bucky fn dent he'll be able to keep his head on straight, they are two good guys. well bucky is ok.
