One of the lucky, or blessed, or determined ones... choose the word that best suits him. He's got one great story to tell, but only because he came out of the pit. It could so easily have gone the other way.

I just finished reading Josh's book, Beyond Belief. Had my 13 year old read it as well.
2 parts inspiration, 1 part warning.

I've recently read his book as well and must say that his story is truly amazing.
As good as a role model as he is,it scares me that one of our children could turn down the wrong path of life so easily.I applaud him for his accomplishments and his determination to return to the game and more so a healthy life.I wish him continued success.

I watched the tv program last night. It was pretty cool to have him tell his story at his HS with a small crowd including his parents in the front row...you can really tell what a humble person he is from all of this
