Yes, Juco coaches contact you in the same way D1 and D2 coaches do. I don't know exactly what state you are located in, but Texas has a bunch of great Juco programs.

Division 1 can offer 24 full rides. Division II Jucos can offer 24 bookd and tuition. I don't think that DIII offer any scholarship.
It all comes down to how much money they have to offer. Not many JUCOS are funded to pay for 24 full rides.
The deals are a lot better at the JUCO if they have the money because they have a lot more to give.
My son is playing at a DI program that gives DII scholarships: thererore, tuition, books and all fees.

My son visited Iowa Western his senior year and was very impressed with the program and the coaches. If you are looking to play in the Midwest they are worth a look if you have the skills.
