When can JUCO colleges talk to Juniors? Because there is a coach that is going to talk to me tomorrow.

They can talk to you in passing but as far as a scheduled recruiting visit, I am not sure that is totally legal. July 1st prior to your senior school year should be when all colleges can contact you.

Best bet us to review www.ncaa.org and read up on the rules yourself. Do not be afraid to ask your high school coach also.
I doubt any college coach would contact you prior to when they should. I need to refresh my knowledge as well but I have been told it is AFTER you finish your junior year.

NCAA rules do not apply to JUCO. JUCO doesn't have a timeframe on when they can contact kids. They can work kids out, they can call more than once/week, and they don't have to wait until the July 1 date. Although, many JUCOs do not recruit early as kids usually decide later on to pick JUCO.... due to grades (not a qualifier), want to improve their draft status over a year and not wait for three years, perhaps don't know what 4 yr they want to attend, money isn't coming in to make 4 yr affordable.... it's pretty rare for a player to commit to a JUCO early in their HS career (that includes Junior year). For questions regarding JUCO, you would need to visit their website, not NCAA.
