Do JUCO,s have divisons with rules like DI-II-III or are they all JUCO's with no division limitations as far as scholarships?

Yes - NJCAA JUCO's have D1,2,3. Scholarships similar to D1,2,3.
D1 - Full available (tuition, fees, room, board, books).
D2 - Tuition/ fees only.
D3 - no athletic scholarship per se.
D1 JUCO's have (24) scholarships available.

However, California jucos are different. They have a seperate set of rules.
Kansas JUCO's have different rules also.
D1 Juco in Kansas can only offer tuition and books. Fees, room and board are not allowed.
