Juco to D1 commit

Pretty much at anytime. Officially the dates are the same as HS.

I belive you would have had to qualify with the NCAA out of HS to play prior to Jr year.

I also believe you needed to qualify with the NCAA out of HS, or receive your associates degree from the Juco before you could transfer, if you were a non-qualifier.

In order to leave JC after first year, you have had to be a qualifier out of HS.
