A player can initiate contact just about any time.
Text Messages from coaches are no longer allowed.
Coaches can NOT initiate telephone contact with HS Juniors until July 1, 2008. They can send general recruiting information and written correspondence via snail mail and email right now.
Players can make unofficial visits to schools right now.
Player can attempt to call a coach right now, but can not return that call until after July 1 (if the coach is in the office, they can talk to the player at that time provided it was initiated by player).
