What is the weather forecast for the weekend?
Looks like rain (again) for Thursday and Friday.

Last year I was staying in a townhome near the fields and managed to lock myself out and during a downpour at 11:00 pm had to go back to the fields, somehow liberate a ladder, climb to a second story balcony and open a door that thankfully wasn't locked. No matter what else happens this weekend, if I don't have to do that again it will be a good weekend.

Good luck to all.

The only thing that could have capped that is if you got arrested on a suspicion of burglery. Roll Eyes
There is also a daily blog about Jupiter - actually several blog articles per day - on PGCrosschecker.com:

The 8:00 a.m. article today (Jupiter Day 2 - you can select the day at the top) says 90% chance of rain, but it sounds like they are getting games in before the rain comes. I think Perfect Game has a lot of experience in handling rain interruptions and getting the fields ready to play as quickly as possible!

I'm having fun following the Jupiter action through the blog. It sounds like the weather wasn't too bad after all, as they got all the scheduled games in thru Friday despite a little rain, and now today (Sat.), the weather forecast is clear.

If you scroll down a bit in the Day 3 reports, this one is interesting - Robert Benincasa of FL came close to pitching a perfect game. It was still a no-hitter, but 3 runners reached 1B due to errors. Quote from the article:

"6-0, 175 senior" ... "Benincasa pitched steadily in the 84-86 mph range with a sweeping 70-72 mph curveball."

He's not 6'4" and doesn't throw 90+, but it sounds like he really can pitch!
