2) PULL bat down into the hitting zone.

a)pull bat down rather than swinging it away from the body

3) TURN hips into forward position facing pitcher

a)allows proper weight shift and most advantageous contact with ball at point of highest potential energy.

4) FOLLOW THROUGH

a)finish the bat movement

5) Fine Tuning

a)Lifting front foot
b)turning front foot
