Just got our trainer in the mail. Anyone here training with this device?

If so.. how often do you use it per week? number of reps? etc

Sorry, but I have no idea what that is. But it does remind me of youth rec ball and how much the players loved playing "King of the Hill" at the end of practice. If their parents didn't literally drag the kids to their cars we would still be there now.
