I am a knuckleball pitcher in baseball. My knuckleball has moderate movement and breaks 3.4 inches. The speed of my knuckleball is 35-43mph. Is this good?

It will be a good pitch for men's league. For everything else - forget it.
At 35-43mph it's lucky you reach the plate. That's also not really a knuckleball. You need to reach into the mid-60's at minimum before a ball produces the turbulence that actually makes it a "knuckleball."
