Here's wishing lafmom the best of times and a super Happy Birthday - she truly deserves it! I know if she could have just one gift she would be watching that one fine young man of hers in the majors someday. He gave her a very good one this year with an excellent report card this semester. birthday

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting lafmom, but I have had a few correspondences with her regarding my son who is in her area. I can't say enough about a person who is willing to invite a young man, she doesn't know, into her home for the holidays. Although he did go because he went to visit family elswhere, I am amazed at her thoughfulness and truly appreciate it.
Baseball wise, she is a wealth of information for the region and is always willing to share and help others. I wish her the best of birthdays and nothing but the best in life. Happy B'day lafmom!!
