I'm posting this just to nudge my beloved Beavs from top billing on this forum.

A grainy glimpse of my hometown of Tillamook, OR seven years before I was born. I obviously wasn't one of the few "heels" referenced in the note.

The Coliseum theater...oh my! Roy Rogers rode across its screen on many, many Saturday matinees.

The large brick building is the Tillamook County Courthouse. I remember each entrance sporting a sign: "No Caulked Boots Allowed".

And the log dump. This one was on the other end of town. There was a similar one within a block of our house...the log pond would belch 'rotten egg' smell every time a load of logs splashed in.

Ahhh...the memories! Thank you Meola family and thank you Benton Co. Historical Society!
