So what!!! Lets move on. It does not change a thing. The damage to him and baseball has been done. Its wishful thinking but I hope to enjoy this season without every game you watch being over shadowed.
The film must have been 'mis-developed' causing such an error to appear to have taken place.
As Roidger stated, he was not at the party but playing golf on the grounds while his children and nanny were at the party.
If the party was still going on upon Roidger's return, he was apparently unaware of the party taking place in his presence.

I agree with blm 100%. I don't care anymore about it. Let them figure out what to do with stats (ie put an asterisk or something) and then just have mandatory drug tests every couple of months to prevent accusations and such.
My understanding is that after all the efforts to discredit McNamee, Clemens admitted that he "may" have been at the party later in the day, once he was confronted with the Nanny's affidavit.
Figure out your story and stick with it.

After first denying he was ever there, he later admitted he might have gone there after golf and actually spent that night there after the game. His credibility is gone. He needs to go play golf with Pete Rose for awhile.
Clemens was washed up 10 yrs ago. Started on the juice and regained his old form. Has an ego so big it won't allow him to be honest. I hope the government nails him.
