Hello all. First, kudos on the new look for HSBBWeb! I wonder how long it's been since I've been on here - updates couldn't have been that long ago.
I want to let people know that I do a Leadership and Mental Training class every Sunday evening. Details are here. This Sunday, March 10, is at my home office in the Colony. It's limited to 6 HS student-athletes and parents are invited. It's $30 and is 7:00-8:30 p.m. It's not sport specific, but my first love is baseball and since many of my contacts are in baseball and softball, that's often the focus. The next Sunday is at Premier Prospects in Lewisville. That will be 7:15-8:00 and limited to 8 and it is free. You still have to register to reserve a spot from www.CoachTraub.com. For a sample of the material we'll cover, Elite Athlete Audio #1 - Mental Toughness is posted on my home page as well. Each Elite Athlete Audio lesson is under 5 minutes and is available anywhere people buy songs like iTunes. I will also email you two for free if you want them. Just tell me you heard about it on HSBBWeb in an email and which two you want.
