Hey guys, do you know if doing leg press is good for pitchers? I started doing it a couple of weeks ago and I liked it a lot. My hamstrings and legs felt a lot stronger so I think this could help with pitching velocity. At 73-74 MPH right now, tryin to get up to low 80's by January. I am 14 5 foot 7 170. Also, where can you get a leg press machine for not too much dough?
