Due to a injured arm, I have been left off the roster for regionals and state. I want to get a jump start on my summer workouts, but cannot use the weight room until the season is over, which should be 2-3 more weeks. At my house i have several dumbells(various weights), Bench(with olympic bar and weights) and a leg extention machine. What are some good workouts that I can do to work all of my leg muscles? (with dumbells and the olympic bar and weights.)

Are there any other exercises?

Deadlifts, squats, extensions, curls, split squats, lunges, side lunges, squat lunges, bulgarian split squats, front squats, hack squats, zercher squats, good mornings, back extensions, glute ham raises, natural glute ham raises, hip abduction, hip adduction, isometric squats, single leg squats, pistol squats, and too many other variations to name.

Perhaps what you want is someone to make a routine for you, am I right?

First of all , if your arm is hurt , be very careful on what lowerbody exercises you do . The reason being , if your elbow is hurt you don't what to do lifts that can bother your elbow such as Dumbbell Step-ups (holding the dubbells can irratate the elbow). Second of all , I would limit my workouts to Leg Curls , Leg Extensions and bodyweight exercises such as Step-ups , 1-Legged Squats , Lunges , Side Lunges , Bench Squats , and Wall Squats . I would also look at running hills or stadiums to strengthen your legs and help build endurance . I hope that this helps ,
Good Luck & Best Wishes ,
Kerry
