Richmond is in Virginia District 11. There are only a few junior (U17) programs there and they all seem to be south of town. The season is winding down in the next 2-3 weeks. I would recommend contacting one of the senior coaches in D 11 or the Athletic Officer at one of the Legion Posts to inquire about getting on a team next season.
