If I had to pick I would go with Roy Halladay. He's just a beast that's finally getting a real chance to shine.

I would feel pretty darn good with any of those guys on the mound. But in order - Halladay - Lee - Lincecum

How he's not in this ABC list is mindboggling. He's only the winningest pitcher in postseason history and pitching as well as he ever did.

Who's pitched in more big games than Pettitte?

From the three choices that Bear gave. If your going to open it up to anyone in the game today Andy would have to be at the top of the list given his record. In his day Smoltz won't too shabby either.

Ditto. Almost nobody's....

Can't argue with running out any of them, but if it was me, I have to line them up: Lee, Halliday, Lincecum.

Of course, if I was managing the other team, I'd counter with Pettite and see who blinks first.

I also think the question of where Lee will pitch next year was answered. No way the Yankees let him sign with another team where he can beat them in the playoffs again.

I wouldn't bet on it. That's buying high, selling low. The Rangers will put a competitive deal on the table for Lee. Texas has no state income taxes (what's NY ~10%). Arlington is a 1 hour commute to his home in Arkansas...great for his family and kids and lets him be home DURING the season at times. And, NY's team core is old...Rivera 41, Posada 40, Jeter 37, Rodriguez 36...all will retire before Lee's contract is even half way done. Rangers...Feliz 23, Wilson 30, Andrus 23, Kinsler 29, Young 34, Hamilton 30, Cruz 31

Tx I hope your right. The Yankees checkbook has a way of making guys forget about where they live. Also Lee has made it known in the past he is looking for top dollar with no discounts for location preference similar to what Hallady did with the Phillies.

Maybe the question was answered last night but Pettitte pitched nearly as brilliant as Lee.

Lee was great and pitching lights-out this post-seasonbut I'll take my chances any day with Pettitte throwing a Game 7.

As for Lee coming to the Yankees, I'm sure they'll be going after him big time and Lee would do well in NY.

Well, I hope it'll be Lincecum in the 7th game this year. Of course, Cain or Sanchez would not be a bad option either!
