Im In my sophomore year and recieved a letter and questionare from Coach Mike McRae of Canisius College a D1 school in Buffulo NY.

How should I take this and what should I do about it?

Fill it out and send it back ASAP. It may not mean a thing ...but it may mean everything down the road. You should be keeping track of all correspondence from now on.
