letter for 2012

well, i think i am happy, my son is getting quite a few emails and letters from colleges.
now, they can't call, right?
if a college sends a letter to school, does that mean they are more interested or just dont have his address. 2012 played fall ball, i was pleasantly surprised to see lots of colleges at every tourament.
how do tell is a college is actually interested, really, at this time.

I just saw a post in another forum that gave great advice on this point: If you received a letter have the player give the coach a call and ask why you got the letter. Was it a mailing list thing, or did they see you play and want to see more.

You should be registering your son at the NCAA Clearinghouse since coaches are allowed to talk to registered recruits once they become Juniors.

Could be a great conversation starter.
