As most of you know I lost my dad back at the end of March and today I recieve a gift from God in the form of a 7 lb grandson

One other thing, when he gets home, remember to tie his right arm to his side so that he'll learn to throw from the left.
Congrats, Grampa! Did you bring him a baseball glove in the hospital? (My hubby brought our son one and put it in his bassinet, but wasn't thinking clearly in his excitement - bought a righty glove.)

I can tell you from experince that at that size they fit quite perfectly nestled in a baseball glove. The smell of leather can then seap into that delicate newborn skin and what can I say ... we all know what that does to a person.
My grandson thought it was a lounge chair.
Enjoy every moment of it.
