Hey guys, I am an 18 year old ball player trying to recover from a TJS in July of 2012 and come back in time to play the summer season that starts around the end of May. I am currently 6 months post op, but am at college away from home with o baseball club or program of any kind. I can't find anybody to throw with to really begin my rehab program, but have been doing band work and other core and lower half strengthening.

So my question to you guys here is, how should I go about readying myself for the upcoming season with limited resources? As of right now, the only time I will be able to throw FOR SURE is one week in March, and the whole month of May before the season.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated, as this will most likely be my last season of competitive baseball, and I would like to make the most of it.
