Lincecum age in high school

I saw something about Lincecum's current age, and was thinking about it so I looked it up. Unless I'm mistaken, Lincecum would have turned 19 in June of his senior year in high school (2003). I know he was a late maturer, but I wonder if anyone knows if his family held him out beginning in first grade, or if he picked up an extra year or two of age later on.
