List of scouts for MLB teams?

Does anyone know where (if you can) locate a list of the scouts for a MLB team? I am sure the local "birdog" scouts names may be unattainable but I would think the main guys "at the top" could be had somewhere.
I know a local guy is a Yankees scout and fairly high up but can not locate his name anywhere, although I know his name I was just looking for like a heirarchy type of thing I guess.

Some teams make it easy to check out the scouting department like the Brewers. Here is a link from their website about the front office and all the scouts. http://milwaukee.brewers.mlb.c..._office.jsp?c_id=mil

Other teams don't provide this kind of information. I don't know why the difference.

There is a publication put out by Baseball America each year that lists all scouts that are at least area scouts (ie no bird dogs or associate scouts). It will also generally give you the city/town where each scout is based. If this scout is fairly high up, as you say, he'll definitely be in there.
