We were heading into the bottom of the 3rd in my recent 13-15 youth league when it started to rain. Under Major League Rules is this a suspended game to be restarted from point of rain OR do we start the game over?

In LL you suspend and restart from that point. MLB if it is tied you replay the game.

I believe in Little League the game is suspended and continued from the same point as long as ONE inning is completed.
