Local alum: Bryan holaday called up

Graduate of W T White Bryan Holaday was called up today by the Detroit Tigers.

Bryan played at North Central Tx College and then went on to win the Johnny Bench Award for the nation's best catcher at TCU.

He helped lead North Central to the Regional Championship and top 20 national ranking and led TCU to a third place in Omaha.

Best attitude ever on the field.
