So my season ended last week and ive started doing a long toss program four days a week, I want to keep my arm in tact and ready to go when I go to the TBR in September and fall ball which runs through september into october. Is there any issue with this because im not giving my arm a break from the season or am I good to continue, I do shut down my arm from late October until December so it gets a rest

I think it is a good idea to keep your arm in shape prior to starting fall ball. It is good to see that you shut down in Oct-Dec so you should be in pretty good shape doing this.

I would also keep track of your innings and pitches during the year so you have a base to judge what your work load has been as you move through your baseball career. I would also look into cressey for some lifting work outs you can do while not playing as well as some additional arm conditioning from some folks like Wolforth or driveline.

Good Luck!
