Looking for a summer team in the northeast

Ok first I don't really know how summer team works in USA... So I need to know how I could find a team to play...

I don't know how it goes I need just some few suggestions of teams and websites tryouts dates and level.

I'm a 17yrs old C/OF going 18 in June!
