Highly recommend iScore. Yes, the app costs $, but unlike GameChanger it is free to the fans. And it has a platform for Droid users.

Personally, I think it is a better, more robust program than GameChanger, but admittedly I have far more experience with iScore thank GC so am a bit biased.

Again it is not free, but my swears by 6-4-3 baseball score card. It is very similar to keeping Book with pen and paper.
