The Tarboro Easter Tournament has an opening for this year I think. I also think the date is about right. This is a nice tourney held in an old renovated stadium in Tarboro,NC. They usually have four out of state teams ,and four in state teams. I think the opening was created due to the loss of a northern team. The date would have put them in violation of state rules by one day.
We are the Northern Team that had to withdrawl. the NJISAA denied our application because our season does not start until 4/1. We ar4e only allowed to play scrimmages, no tournament play. We participated in the Tarboro tournament last year...nice facilities, well run event. We are very disappointed that we wont be there this year.
