Welcome Anderson. There are three main "select/college prep" programs in the St. Louis area. These are the Rawlings Prospects (and Titans), St. Louis Pirates and the St. Louis Gamers. All three are solid programs and provide a lot of exposure opportunities. Each of these are what I would call "academy" teams, as they are affiliated with baseball training companies. I think each has their own pros and cons, so it probably really depends upon the right fit, as far as which is best for an individual player. There are also some smaller, yet competitive, teams that appear to also be good. Some of these are Team Mizuno Midwest, Missouri Elite, St. Louis Sting and St. Louis Recruits.
St. Louis baseball also includes SLABA and American Legion. The exposure is not as good, although some of the teams do try to provide exposure opportunities in addition to their regular "league" schedules. These are competitive teams, some moreso than others, and much less expensive. I hope this helps - if you need more info, just let me know.
