I agree. I live 15 minutes from their offices in Ames, IA. I stop in usually once a month and pick something up. Great videos. My favorite right now is the Jack Leggett 3 DVD Infield set.

It is a good series. I have some others, but this series really tied a lot of things together. Got the most out of tape 2, which covers drills to build arm strength, increase foot speed, etc. I really like the series.

I'm sure I will be mocked for saying this, but I really like Dr. Mike Marshall's video on pitching and think that anyone who is evenly slightly interested in injury prevention should look at it...

Yes, he says a lot of stuff that people consider to be completely whacko. However, he did win a Cy Young in 1974 using some of the same ideas. I have also done my own research and the science behind his ideas (e.g. how and why pitchers experience injuries) holds up.

I bought the 2004 video which was OK, but he is about to release his 2006 video which I have heard is much better.

catching coach - thanks for the reply. im going to order it this week. ive gotten some really good stuff from there, and like everything else some useless stuff. but other than the handbooks, discussions etc. ive gotten directly from college coaches thats been the best source of instructional material i have found for sale.
