I wanted to send out word that the Lovejoy ISD in Lucas, Texas (slightly north of Dallas) presently has an opening for a head baseball coach. The head coach resigned at the end of the season; here is a link to the job posting: http://www.lovejoyisd.net/MP.cfm?P=4158. Please pass this information on to anyone, who might have an interest, thanks.

Why did he resign? Another job? He wasn't there long, correct?
The coach was there for either 3 or 4 seasons; he voluntarily resigned after the spring season ended. It seems like it might be an excellent opportunity for the right person (i.e. one of the best school districts in Texas (actually one of the best in the U.S.), parents who are very supportive of the baseball program, and a great feeder system of kids who play in various select baeball programs at the lower levels). To roughly borrow words from Bill Parcells, you'll have the "groceries," but, will still have to "cook the meal." The program really just needs the right man for the job to bring it to higher levels.
Yeah I'm familiar with the area. Any idea why he voluntarily resigned? Another job?
It is my understanding that the former coach had a very long distance commute to the district, and has since moved on to an opportunity that is in closer proximity to his family and residence.
