Alright last year was my senior year of high school and at the end of the year I hurt my shoulder and I already didnt have the strongest arm. I was wondering if anybody had some information.
I would think the best way to stengthen ur arm is by the milatary press, bench press, and triecpt exericses. Throw as much as you can also. The more you through the better your arm will be. Over the last couple years my arm had not been the strongest. But all the sudden I had one of the best arms on the team. I think it is becuase my macnics improved. Foucs on mancnins because it will help your volitcly alot also

eatsleepandive - I don't want to sound critical, but given that almost everyone who plays will someday have to get a real job, it is far more important to learn good grammar and spelling than to build your arm strength. You should want to become the best baseball player you can become, but if you don't take care of your academics first, the rest might not matter. It is tough to get into most colleges if you can't write, as an essay is almost always part of the entrance screening process.
I hope every young player out there will think about your academics before your game, after all you are correctly referred to as STUDENT athletes.
