My son has/had one starting in 2020, and used one for a few years prior. That seems to have been the peak of it's popularity. I think he's stopped using it. It's not a magic bullet. If you have all other areas of your training and recovery nailed down and can swing the cost, I think it's good. But if other areas (recovery/nutrition/training) aren't addressed you're just kind of putting lipstick on a pick IMO.

My daughter plays D1 hockey and has had some injuries over her time in college. The Marc Pro is utilized by her ALL the time in rehab and making sure that different muscles are getting warm or firing at the right time. My son is a soph college baseball position player and has tried it but does not like it (possibly not used it in the right way).

It, like many things IMO can be a great tool for the right kid with some guidance.
