I know that there was a recent thread about moving to the Big Ten, but this topic is different. I'm wondering if anyone has specific experiences with Szefc or Vaughn. I know Vaughn is new, but Szefc was at K State and Kansas for a few years. Would love to hear from anyone with first hand experiences with his style and approach.

My son played for him before his Kansas jobs. He is a very good hitting coach and recruiter. He found and signed Jon Lucroy . He's been successful everywhere he's gone.
