Danny Hultzen, resident of Bethesda Maryland, will report to the Seattle Mariners 40-man roster and is projected to be the number "3" starter this coming season. The Maryland resident was a standout left handed pitcher for Saint Albans in Washington DC and at the University of Virginia. He was selected number "2" overall in the recent MLB draft.

I just love hearing about the Maryland boys doing well. Congrats to Danny, and his family. I am sure his parents are very proud.

I heard a great story recently about Danny, at the Southern Maryland Baseball Camp. His coach remarked on what a hard worker and great team mate he was. That being said, I am sure he will do well for himself in all of his life challenges.
