Looking at the highest level travel teams, USA Elite Baseball (formerly Chandler) has a good reputation in PA.  Quite a few PA kids also cross the bridge to play for Tri-State Arsenal in Vorhees NJ. Lots of other good teams in the area that aren't as nationally recognized (e.g. GoWags).

Most of the better travel teams in the area play at Diamond Nation in NJ. Try to find tournament results for teams in your son's age group (their web site doesn't make that easy). ECTB runs tournaments in the LV that are more for local teams.

When my son played in ECTB tournaments the fields were mostly below average. Diamond Nation arrived when he was done with ECTB. I've been to the complex for a showcase. It's nice. Diamond Nation has teams that could lead to playing for their Super 17s showcase program. Diamond Nation is owned by MLBer Jack Cust. Lehigh Valley Baseball Academy also has a travel program. Their owners are pro scouts.

In addition to the others take a look at https://www.davegallagherbaseball.com/view/home.html who are very closely associated with Lehigh Valley Baseball. Gallagher National Team competed very strongly vs some of the teams mentioned in this thread. Dave Gallagher 15 year in the Pro's is a great guys to be around in every aspec.
