Okay, I work with lots of guys that start out this way and you can get better.

1. decide if you are in a full wind up or a stretch and work with it.
2. Look at yourself at :13... you might have to stop a couple of times because you'll get a different look each time at :13. Your glove side arm is higher than your pitching arm. Your right elbow is below your ear.
3. Now look at that Brian Wilson YouTube on the same page as yours ... look at him at :30. Do you see the differences? His throwing shoulder is higher than his glove shoulder. his weight has been held back and now is going to explode forward. You've got your weight ahead of your arm and then your arm just slings the ball later.

Here is a drill to keep your weight back and to start to get the feel of how to throw the ball.
1. stand on the bottom step of your porch
2. act like you are pitching in your stretch position and when it is time to reach out with your left foot keep all your weight back and just barely touch the ground. touch the ground very lightly; where is your bellybutton aiming? 3rd base good; between home and 3rd = bad.
3. do this several times and try to get the feel of "staying back" This should help you

... the next item I'd want to tackle is your right shoulder and elbow being so low. Look at Brian Wilson again at :30. Draw a line from his left shoulder to his right and keep the line going it would hit 10 o'clock on a clock. If we did that with yours it would hit between 7 and 8...

good luck... and have fun working on your pitching.
