I was hoping he'd get the Sept. call up. He's on his way to Boston now - to start vs. the White Sox on Sat in Fenway. Wow!
Couldn't happen to a better kid. Fierce competitor between the lines and as nice a guy as you'll meet off the field. Congrats and best of luck to Mike.

NC...I think he looks about the same as he did the summer after junior year.

MikeF and gotwood....As long as Mike was in (5 innings)I was rooting for his 1st MLB win.

In the future VS the Sox, I hope he loses a no-hitter 1-0 and beats everyone else.

His command was solid and his mental game has alway's been superlative.
